Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, reservation or event details, and messages when you use a contact, reservation, or inquiry form.
How information is used
Information is used to confirm reservations, respond to questions, manage event inquiries, and when requested send menu or event updates. 1890 Tea House does not sell, rent, or share personal information except when required by law.
Cookies and local storage
We store one essential consent preference record in your browser so the website remembers your cookie choice. It contains the consent-policy version, enabled categories, and the date of your choice. It does not contain your name, contact details, or other personal information.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, marketing, or personalization cookies. Human verification provided by Google reCAPTCHA is used on forms as an essential security measure to prevent abuse. It is only presented where a protected form appears.
Third-party services
The website loads its display fonts from Google. Reservation, map, and social-media destinations are external links and receive information only when you choose to follow them. Form submissions are sent securely to the Tea House’s Microsoft Azure service and are protected by reCAPTCHA. Those providers have their own privacy practices.

You can review or change your choice at any time by selecting here or in the website footer. If our cookie practices materially change, the site will ask you to make a new choice.
